The US Type Turnbuckle Eye And Hook is specifically designed for secure, straight or in-line pulling applications. In addition, its quenched and tempered end fittings, along with heat-treated bodies, ensure both durability and strength.
Function: Primarily, it performs best for straight or in-line pulls only.
Construction: The manufacturer quenches and tempers the end fittings, while heat-treating the bodies through normalizing.
Proof Load: It passes tests at 2.5 times the working load limit (WLL) to guarantee safety.
Safety Factor: Furthermore, it offers a 5:1 safety factor for added security.
Fatigue Testing: Tests at 1.5 times WLL confirm long-lasting performance.
Standard Compliance: Finally, it meets Federal Specifications FF-T791b.
