Job Title: Inventory Controller

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory.

2. Order Processing: Coordinate with suppliers to place orders, track shipments, and ensure timely and accurate delivery.

3. Data Accuracy: Regularly update and reconcile inventory records to reflect accurate stock levels in the system.

4. Forecasting: Utilize historical data and market trends to forecast future inventory needs and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.

5. Quality Control: Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure incoming inventory meets quality standards and specifications.

6. Reporting: Generate regular reports on inventory turnover, stock levels, and other key performance indicators to inform decision-making.

7. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and enhanced efficiency in inventory management.

8. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as logistics, sales, and finance, to ensure seamless coordination in the supply chain.

QUALIFICATION:

– Minimum Intermediate.
– 2 Years of experience in inventory control or a similar role.
– Proficiency with SAP software.
