What Is Our Return/Refund Policy?

Eligibility and Timeframe:
Products bearing the “Enjoy hassle-free returns with this offer” tag under offer details are eligible for return within three (3) days of receipt. It’s crucial to note that only products with this specific tag qualify for return; ineligible items cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Your product is considered officially returned only after you receive notification confirming its acceptance for return.

Return Process:
Once you initiate a return, please allow up to one week for the product to reach our fulfillment center. Subsequently, our team will require up to two (2) business days for processing. The refund, upon approval, will be credited to your credit card within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days. The timing of the refund is contingent upon the condition of the returned product.

Conditions for Eligible Returns:

For Tools & Home Improvement products, adherence to the following conditions is imperative:

The item must be returned in its original condition.
All original packaging and materials (including manuals and accessories) must be included.
Please be aware that any used or damaged items will not be accepted for return.

General Return Conditions:
We maintain the right to return a product to you if it fails to meet our established guidelines or conditions. In the event that your product is ineligible for return, a refund will not be granted.
If a return request is declined, two (2) delivery attempts will be made to return the product to you. In the case of unsuccessful deliveries, the product will be held in our delivery hub for three (3) business days. Should you wish to make another delivery attempt, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our customer care team within this three-day window. Failure to do so will result in the item being sent for liquidation, and no further delivery requests can be entertained.
